Brooks Real Estate Connections come first!  As a native from Union County, I am knowledgeable of Charlotte and it's surrounding areas.  As a member of the VRB~REC, I am committed to ensuring that the real estate experience you receive will be unparallel to any other company.  I'm organized, detail oriented, and professional which clients relay on and appreciate.  But more importantly, I care about the work I do for our clients and for the team.  After graduating from Pfeiffer University with a BA and an MBA, I obtained my real estate license in 2003.  Since then, I have been a client relations representative, operations coordinator and now I am the Office Manager and Director of Client Support for the VRB~REC.  With this company,  I'm given the opportunity to grow as an individual, while being pushed to my fullest potential as a professional.  I take pride in my position and love the challenges this industry has to offer.

I live by the words "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," and with those words at the forefront of every move I make, it allows me to effectively cater to our clients' wants and needs so that they feel like they are the only one that matters.  I received my Bachelor's and Master's of Public Administration in 2003 from the North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.  As a public relations professional, customer care and service ranks at the top of the list when it comes to what is important to me.  The Valarie R. Brooks Real Estate Connections has given me the opportunity to truly put others first.  Here at the VRB~REC, it's more than a J.O.B....it's a family.  We work hard, and we have a mutual respect that provides a cohesiveness like no other.
